About the accommodation

The Premium Tourist Apartments is a set of apartments and studios distributed in Val Claret is located in Tignes-Val Claret, directly on the slopes. The location of the apartments/studios are to be confirmed and will be confirmed upon arrival at the real estate agency (if you need us to give you the exact location, please contact us and we will do our best).

The location and the address on the website and on the confirmation voucher are from the real estate agency. The exact location will be confirmed upon your arrival.

The real estate agency will try that if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same booking to confirm them in the same building, but it can not be guaranteed, if there is no availability in the same building we will try that you are located as close as possible.

Distribution of the accommodation:

Studio 3 people (Type L) (^30m2): renovated studio, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed and a bunk bed in the hallway.

Apartment 4/5 people 1 bedroom (Type L1) (^36/41m2): renovated apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 beds or 1 double bed in the bedroom and 3 beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed in the living room.

Apartment 6 people 1 bedroom (Type L2) (^49m2 ): renovated apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a bunk bed in the hallway.

Apartment 6 people 2 bedrooms (Type LDX) (^60m2):renovated apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate wc, 1 bedroom with 2 beds or 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed or twin beds and dining room with sofa bed.

The apartments are managed by the real estate agency that we will provide you once the booking is made. When you arrive at your destination, the real estate agency will be in charge of giving you the keys of your apartments.

Real estate agency opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:30h to 12:00h and 14:00h to 19:30hh.

Saturday: 08:00h to 20:00h

Sunday: 09:00h to 12:00h and 16:00h to 19:30hh

In case of not being able to arrive before 19:30hh you will have to call the real estate agency to arrange the delivery of keys (the telephone number will be provided at the time of booking).

Deposit deposit 600€, by credit card where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.

Final cleaning not included. The accommodation must be left in good condition and clean, otherwise it will be charged directly from the deposit.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. The cost is 25€/week paid directly at the establishment.

Tourist tax not included (French Government, direct payment on arrival).

Thebed linen and towels are included in thein the apartments.
