The Premium Tourist Apartments is a set of apartments and studios distributed in Val Claret is located in Tignes-Val Claret, at the foot of the slopes. The location of the apartments / studios are to be confirmed and you will be confirmed at the time of arrival at the real estate (if you need us to advance the exact location you should contact us and we will do our best).
The location and address of the website and on the confirmation voucher are from the real estate. So upon arrival you will confirm the exact location.
The real estate will try that if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same reserve to sign them in the same building, but it cannot be guaranteed , in case of not having availability in the same building it will be that you are located as close as possible.
Accommodation distribution:
- Studio 3 people (Type L) (30m 2 ): renovated apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed and a bunk bed in the hallway.
- Apartment 5 people (Type L1) (36 / 41m 2 ): renovated apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 beds or 1 double bed in the room and 3 beds or 1 double bed and 1 single in the living room.
- Apartment 5 people (Type L2) (49m 2 ): renovated apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed, a room with a double bed or two single beds and a bunk in the hallway.
- Apartment 7 people (Type LDX) (60m 2 ): renovated apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, 2 beds or 1 double bed in 1 bedroom and 2 or 3 bunk beds in the hallway.
The apartments are managed by the real estate that we will provide once the reservation is made. When you arrive at the destination, the real estate agency will be in charge of providing you with the keys to your apartments.
Real Estate Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 08: 00h to 20: 00h
Sunday: 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In case of not being able to arrive before 7:00 p.m., you must call the real estate agency to agree on the delivery of keys. (the phone will be provided at the time of booking).
Deposit € 600 deposit, by credit card where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.
Final cleaning not included. The accommodation must be left in good condition and clean, otherwise they would be charged directly from the deposit.
Animals: Pets are allowed on request. The cost is € 25 / week direct payment at the establishment.
Not included Tourist tax (French Government): € 1 per night and person (direct payment at destination).
Some of the detailed services may be paid. You can check their rates directly at the establishment. This information is subject to change by the accommodation.

"Attention at the time of arrival late in the morning. Good service of ski storage, boots, apartment well renovated and clean."

"Foot of tracks as indicated in the reservation. Size pretty good for 2, for 4 it seems tight. We were a couple, if we had gone 4 there is not good."
"Several things. The first, they demand cleaning at the end of the stay but they do not leave you with a broom, rag, dishwasher or detergent, but if you leave it clean they charge you 100 euros. The guy at the desk gives you the information with a dropper, but if you ask the question, like where to leave the keys or keep skis, he can not think of it. Supposedly we took the premium apartments, premium is that they have placed on the old floor sheets of paper that simulate the parquet. More details, the shower does not have to hook the artichoke to the wall, you have to be all the time with your hand up to shower. The filter coffee machine, what does it cost to leave a filter as a detail? 2 cents The negative are all the details that with very little effort would be solved, but you can tell they do not put it, I leave 1000 that I do not want to list. "- Old facilities and poor maintenance - Ranicie: You arrive and there is no paper of vater, neither dishwasher without mop or valleta. Cleaning material deprorable to be cleaned in a week's stay. - Bad customer service: (when we arrived to check-in they told us that we would enter in 1 hour, we waited 3 hours to get in, after a 6 hour trip ...)"
