The real estate agency will try to confirm if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same booking in the same building, but it can not be guaranteed, if there is no availability in the same building will try to be located as close as possible.

The tourist tax is not included in the price.
Television and dishwasher in all accommodations. Rental on flexible dates.
Some of the residences are equipped with SPOT WIFI, Internet connection on request.

The apartments are managed by the real estate agency that we will provide you once the booking is made.

When you arrive at your destination the real estate agency will be in charge of providing you with the keys to your apartments.

Deposit deposit of 600-800€ by credit card which will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.

Final cleaning not included. The accommodation must be left in good condition and clean, otherwise it will be charged directly from the deposit.
