The Zona Media - Alta Apartments are ideal for enjoying the snow in the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
The apartments are located in the Sierra Nevada municipality in the Pradollano Urbanisation.
Customers must go to the reception of the apartments located at 50 Fuente del Tesoro Avenue, Edificio Tuvesa, Local 1 and it will be here where they will be informed if they will stay in the Monte Oiz building, Serraneu building, Sierralacant building or Tuvesa building.
Distribution of apartments according to their capacity:
- Studio for 2 people: Living room with double sofa bed + cabin with bunk bed + kitchen + bathroom.
- Studio for 2 to 3 people: Living room with double sofa-bed + cabin with bunk bed + kitchen + bathroom.
- Studio for 2 to 4 people: Living room with double sofa bed + cabin with bunk bed + kitchen + bathroom.
- Apartment 2 to 4 people: One room with double bed or two single beds or bunk bed + living room with double sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
- Apartment for 2 to 6 people: One double room with double bed, single beds or bunk beds + cabin with bunk bed + sofa bed in the living room + kitchen + bathroom.
The distribution described is indicative as it may vary depending on the accommodation assigned to them.
Deposit deposit of 50 Euros per person with a minimum of € 200 per apartment or studio. Direct payment in the accommodation by card or cash.
Key collection will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Reception of the Apartments . Customers who plan to arrive later should contact us in advance.
- The delivery of keys from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. carries a supplement of 10 euros of direct payment in the accommodation.
- From 23:01 to 01:00 hours there is a supplement of 20 euros of direct payment in the accommodation.
- The delivery of keys from 01:01 hours to 3:00 carries a supplement of 30 euros of direct payment in the accommodation.
- The delivery of keys from 03:01 hours to 8:00 carries a supplement of 50 euros of direct payment in the accommodation.
Some of the detailed services may be have to be paid directly at the accommodation. You can check their rates directly at the establishment. This information is subject to changes by the accommodation.

"The area where the apartments were located near the first stop of the ski lift, the heating very well, areas to buy food near and close to the chairlift that takes you to the slopes."

"The treatment of skis has been shameful. We hired a room and then it was another. And the only possibility of change that occurred was to increase the price brutally. We took a room with a double bed, and we found a studio with two bunk beds, a terrible sofa bed, a terrible smell in the bathroom and the water thermos was spent in a very fast shower ... Another thing on this site, is that it is very far away from the tracks, it puts you 0.7-0.9km and you do not ... It's amazing, you have to get off by car always if you do not want to throw away the day. The parking is for a dwarf car, you have to maneuver endless times to be able to lower the floors and park in the square. A shame the deal with the owner of the real estate, the least professional person in the world, saying illogical things and unable to solve the problem of the beds still having the whole building empty. A chule attitude that is worth it because you would lose the total reservation. We will not return. It is not a place to go as a couple."

"The views from the kitchen / living room! We were 3 and spacious, the sofa bed is the comfortable one and then it has a bunk bed. I think it's perfect for 3 or 4. Kitchen equipped without oven."

"We were a group of 6 people. 2 nights. They have charged us an extra fee for arriving 12 min late. The living room window was broken and did not close properly. The bunk beds were in the entrance hall and you could not sleep with the noise of the electrical panel. The sofa bed was half broken and he did not sleep well.
