Mikka Princesa Apartments

The Princesa Apartments are an ideal holiday establishment to enjoy a few days skiing with the family, since they are located in the town of Pas de la Casa, next to the GrandValira slopes.

All the apartments are equipped with living room - dining room, a fully-equipped bathroom with shower or bathtub, television, heating and a fully equipped kitchen with: kitchenware, kitchen utensils, oven and microwave.. The apartments also have optional car park under booking at a cost of € 15 / night.

A Christ to enter the apartment, a place without lighting, to enter a code and follow the instructions, it took us 45 minutes, with temperatures below zero. The telephone contact person is unpleasant. When we entered the studio, tiny for two people, we found that it had no curtains, no hot water, we couldn't shower after 14 hours of travel. We called the contact person to tell him and he told us that someone would be there the next day during the morning, to which we replied that it was our first day of skiing and we were not going to waste it waiting all morning in the room for the technician. He suggested that we leave the keys in the mailbox and that they would come in, to which we replied that we had a dog and that was not possible, he told us not to worry that they were used to dealing with dogs, to which we We logically refused and he replied that "this is not an a la carte service." When what happened was not a breakdown, but that the study was not prepared to receive anyone. On the other hand, when we contracted with skiers, they assured us with certainty that the studio was at the foot of the slopes, specifically, on Avenida de Encamp 39 and what was in that direction were the offices of the agency (by the way, attended by nobody ) since the apartment is located on the outskirts of Pas de la casa, a huge distance from the center, with a very steep slope and a real marathon to access the slopes. While the rear of the building overlooks a snowy area where "the slopes could be accessed from", if you're a little nimble, the rear of the building is not accessible, so you don't have access to slopes, which It is what they sell and therefore A SCAM. It must also be said that Esquiades solved the change of accommodation for us in a quite efficient way, the next day, but they continue to confuse the address of the agency with that of the apartment. It would be appreciated if you were informed about the latter, because the situation of the apartment is very important.

Un cristo para entrar en el apartamento,, un sitio sin iluminación, para meter un código y seguir las instrucciones, tardamos 45 minutos, con temperaturas bajo cero. La persona de contacto telefónico una desagradable. Cuando entramos en el estudio, minúsculo para dos personas, comprobamos que no tenía cortinas, ni había agua caliente, no nos pudimos duchar después de 14 horas de viaje. Llamamos a la persona de contacto para decírselo y nos contestó que se pasaría alguien al día siguiente a lo largo de la mañana, a lo que le contestamos que era nuestro primer día de esquí y no íbamos a perderlo esperando toda la mañana en la habitación por el técnico. Nos propuso que le dejáramos las llaves en el buzón y que ya entraban ellos, a lo que les contestamos que teníamos un perro y que eso no era posible, nos dijo que no nos preocupáramos que estaban acostumbrados a tratar con perros, a lo que nos negamos, lógicamente y nos contestó que "esto no es un servicio a la carta." Cuando lo que pasó no fue una avería, sino que el estudio no estaba preparado para recibir a nadie. Por otro lado cuando contratamos con esquiades nos aseguraron a ciencia cierta que el estudio estaba a pie de pistas, en concreto, en la avenida de encamp 39 y lo que había en esa dirección eran las oficinas de la agencia (por cierto, atendida por nadie) ya que el apartamento se encuentra a las afueras de Pas de la casa a una enorme distancia del centro, con una cuesta empinadísima y un auténtico maratón para acceder a las pistas . Si bien la parte trasera del edificio da a una zona nevada desde donde "se podría acceder a las pistas", si eres un poco ágil, no se puede acceder a la parte trasera del edificio, por lo que no tiene acceso a pistas, que es lo que venden y por tanto UNA ESTAFA. También hay que decir que esquiades nos solucionó el cambio de alojamiento de una forma bastante eficiente, al día siguiente, pero siguen confundiendo la dirección de la agencia con la del apartamento. Sería de agradecer que se informaran sobre esto último, porque la situación del apartamento es muy importante.
