They are only 2km from the village of Soldeu and its access to slopes (Grandvalira ski resort). And less than 20km from the capital, Andorra la Vella, a perfect place for leisure, relaxation and shopping.
In summer they are perfect to enjoy nature, and its location will allow you to be close to activity centers and hiking trails.
The Glaç Soldeu 3000 Apartments have a private indoor car park (direct payment, it is not possible to book in advance) and some open-air car park spaces. You know what? This accommodation is pet friendly , so it's perfect to take your furry traveling companion
How is the distribution of the apartments?

Studio for 4 people (2-4): can have a double bed or two beds of 90 and a sofa bed. It has kitchen and bathroom and it is the same environment, without defined rooms .

Apartment for 2 to 6 people (2-6): 1 double bedroom (with two beds or double bed), two sofa beds in the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Apartment for 4 to 8 people: 2 double bedrooms (with two beds of 90, double bed or bunk beds) and sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Reception hours: From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If you are arriving after 20:00, you must call the accommodation reception to communicate the arrival time . The phone will be provided through your travel voucher.
The delivery of keys from 23:01 to 01:00 hours carries a supplement of 20 euros of direct payment in the accommodation.

Deposit deposit of € 150 per apartment or studio, in cash or card, where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that is detected.

"Where to start ... First, we were a group of four friends (two couples), when renting the apartment it was sold as a room + a sofa-bed in the living room. Upon arrival our reaction was to laugh: there was no sign of the room. It was a study where we shared in the same space kitchen, dining table and double mattress + sofa bed (certainly both very uncomfortable). At the time of leaving the apartment we commented that "small detail" to which they replied that this was the fault of the esquiades.com page and not theirs, since they only give us what they receive in the reservations. Answer in addition to very bad forms. (We imagine that it had to do with that, after 20 minutes of waiting to return the keys, the only thing we heard from the three groups that were before us were critical for the accommodation offered: cleaning, lack of appliances that were offered on the reservation website , lack of a ford for the parking of payment that is offered and can not be enjoyed because they were with cars that parked in the exit of the same ... And a long etcetera). That if, at no time they took charge of their mistakes or apologized for it, even wrote down the incidents to give part... of them! He just threw balls out and make absurd excuses and literally quote "oh well that can not be because the girl who cleans up puts a lot of effort, not like the other apartments that the previous gentleman has complained about". Details that leave much to be desired: -it does not matter if your stay is 6 or 3 days, in the bathroom you will always find one single roll of toilet paper, to which they replied that they do so. -towels that are included: one per person, forget about luxuries like having one for the floor when leaving the shower or one for the hands in the sink. -the thermostat did not work, every day we had to open windows to sleep, the heat was unbearable. -the "mini-fridge" was broken, we found the next morning with juices, tomatoes, milk, tangerines, beers ... And other things that we dared to introduce literally frozen. It is clear that it was an apartment of extremes."

"1 They charged me 10 € for parking and had no ford, the second day I parked a car in the wax and we could not leave the parking lot, finally I had to go by the wax to leave, the third day, park in the street, when I complained the full money to rent places without having the ford, they told me that I only returned the night I slept in the street, although the second day I had to go by the wax to leave with my family after 40 minutes of waiting and several calls to the agency and the police, which told me that they could not remove the vehicle parked at the entrance of the car park since it lacked, even with all this they did not deign to give me the 30 euros back. They charged me 4 € of Wi-Fi per day that cost me 1 day for the password to work, (tested with macbook, iPhone X and Android) and once connected I could not open the mails ... The second day there were water cuts to the 8 in the morning, the service normalized to 20 minutes. The forfeits were not waiting for me when I checked, we had to call an international phone to find out when they arrived, finally I had to pick them up the same day of skiing. For me it seems like a full-fledged scam and I'll post it on all possible s...ocial networks. They stole 42 € from me that they could not give or did not work. Pd: if i could not get out by the parking lot, the vehicle was there for 2 days, nobody could have left the parking lot, it's not something that happened to me on time, everyone who paid for parking was in the same situation. I do not know what type of hotels or apartments are used to managing these people but of course leaves much to be desired customer service. I hope someone returns the 42 €"

"The cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence. The most uncomfortable mattresses could not be. We rented two apartments, the one that was for 4 people, they slept in a kind of sofa beds where the docks were nailed. It was also an apartment for 2, not for 4. The apartment that we rented for 5 people, had 4 single beds and the sofa bed in the living room was disgusting. Besides the shit on the outside, the mattress, if you can call it that, was so bad that it looked like you were sleeping on docks. We rented parking space and as they do not pay ford, we parked at the entrance, one day we could not even put the two cars and the rest of the days we had to climb the sidewalk doing a thousand maneuvers. Honestly, it is a scam to pay € 10 per night for those conditions. If we got to know, we let ourselves out but they deceived us saying that we had better book it because the parking lot was full, total lie! NOT a busy parking space. As for the cleaning an authentic disaster, the pans with fat, the floor full of shit, the walls I tell you ... We had to change two pillowcases ... The only thing that is saved is the bathroom although you do not They do not even carpet for when you get out o...f the shower and they do not give you a miserable hand towel, just a large one per person. In short, the most crappy where we have stayed. And when we went to deliver the keys there was a lot of line and everyone, absolutely everyone, complained about something. A zero of apartments."

We had three lamps in the apartment and all with light bulbs. We ordered light bulbs and it turned out that two of them were broken. NO OVEN The double bed is very uncomfortable.
