"Situation"
"Very nice apartment on the outside but inside it is very small and seedy. The apartments are very small with bunk beds at the entrance and a dining room with a sofa bed without doors separating the bunk beds and the dining room. Half of the elevators in the apartments do not work, in the reception of the building there is a wooden table and chairs but there is no plug (please install one). The receptionist needs a special section should work part-time but only works in the afternoon therefore the check-out is not done the keys are left inside the apartment and ready. The check-in at the apartment only has 4 hours outside those hours is done at a nearby hotel. The apartments do not have wifi and you can not regulate the heating they usually put up at night. They do not give small sachets of dishwasher or toilet paper."

"Clean enough toilet, underfloor heating although it is difficult to regulate unless you are Macgyver. In general it is fine and the price is quite good."

"Tranquility of the apartments"
"Check in of the apartments at 5pm. Hot water did not last even for 2 showers. Clean short (we found several hairs on the sheets). Forfeits are not collected at the ticket office, not at the hotel, which means long queues."

"Starting because the cards they gave us when they arrived did not go, we had to wait hours for them to change them, to which they gave us only one. The third day a maintenance man tried to enter while we were inside, to fix a window even though he had warned that it was not necessary since there was no air entering. Thanks to this, we went back and we could not enter because our card had been deconfigured, at 10pm we called and they sent us to the other hotel for a card while my partner was injured, I said no and we had to wait about 25 Min until they came, very poor management of the doors."
