Info Guide

The Anem 3000 Apartments are located next to the La Cortinada area, surrounded by nature, 400 meters from the Vall Ordino Golf Club. About 10 km from the apartments is the Ordino-Arcalís (Vallnord) ski resort.

Apartments with one and two bedrooms to be occupied by 2 to 6 people, with sheets and towels, fully furnished, thermally and acoustically insulated, TV, heating, equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, oven or microwave, plates, coffee maker and utensils suitable for the capacity of each unit. All units have a full bathroom and hot water.


The Anem 3000 apartments are distributed as follows:

Apartment 2/4 and 4/6 - Living room - American kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom, bedroom with double bed or two beds. The additional bedroom in the case of capacity for 6 people can be either two beds, a double bed or a bunk bed, depending on the capacity indicated.

 

Check-in Terms and Conditions : they take place from 5 pm to 8 pm. You can make your arrival until 22:00 without extra charge by notifying in advance. If your arrival is going to be between 10:01 p.m. and midnight, you will have to pay a surcharge of € 20. You can make your arrival if it is after 00:01 a.m. by paying a surcharge of € 35 for late arrival.

For arrivals outside normal hours, you must always notify 24 hours in advance.

 


Bail

Deposit from 11/16 to 04/20: they will ask you for € 150 per apartment as a deposit that will be returned upon your departure if everything is correct. You must pay this amount by card.


Deposit from 04/19 to 11/15 / (included): they will ask you for € 90 per apartment as a deposit that will be returned upon your departure if everything is correct. You must pay this amount on a card.

 

On the last day of your holiday , when you leave the apartments, you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, in addition to depositing the waste in the relevant containers. In the event that these requirements are breached, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty .
