About the accommodation

Altissim Velasquez Apartments

They are located right next to the Grandvalira Ski Resort in Pas de la Casa. Very close to the apartments there are several bars, restaurants and shops. At 32 km you will find capital, Andorra la Vella, where one of the most important commercial areas of the country is located, you can also go to the Caldea Spa Centre.

It is an apartment complex that also has studios. It has free Wi-Fi, heating and a flat-screen TV. They have a kitchen or a kitchenette with a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. They are equipped with a full bathroom with shower or bathtub.

About the distribution:
In this building you can book apartaments and studios for 4 and 5 people.

Reception hours:
• From 4 pm to 7 pm.

If your arrival at the accommodation is after 7 pm, you will havr to call a number that we will provide you with on your confirmation voucher to let you know where you should pick up the keys for your accommodation.

During check in, there will ask you for a 200€ deposit that has to be paid by credit or debit card, which is refunded after check out once the condition of the accommodation has been checked.

The cleaning service is not included in the price and you will have to pay 30€ (for studies) or 50€ (for apartments) together with the deposit paid. When you check out, the condition of the apartments will be reviewed. If the apartments are clean, 30 or 50 euros will be refunded. If they are not in good conditions, the accommodation will keep at least 30/50 euros of the deposit.

Esta bien situado

When arriving the apartment was dirty. When you leave you have to clean it whole and they leave it as it is for the next one (they do not disinfect or the bathroom). The covers do not fit in the pillows so you support your head where many others have done before because they do not wash them. In some apartments the stoves do not work. The attention to the nefarious client, you request that they fix faults but nobody comes. You are required 200 € deposit upon arrival without prior notice and when leaving you must bring your own sheets and towels to the agency (even though one of your employees comes to check the apartment before you leave). They charge rooms depending on the square meters despite the comforts between them are very different (it is the same room with a double bed that one with a sofa bed old and broken). We have not had good experience so we do not recommend it.

Al llegar el apartamento estaba sucio. Cuando te vas lo tienes que limpiar entero y ellos lo dejan tal cual para el siguiente (no desifectan ni el baño). Las fundas no caben en las almohadas asi que apoyas tu cabeza donde lo han hecho muchos otros antes porque no las lavan. En algunos apartamentos las estufas no funcionan. La atencion al cliente nefasta, solicitas que arreglen fallos pero no viene nadie. Te exigen 200€ de fianza al llegar sin previo aviso y al salir debes llevar tu mismo sabanas y toallas a la agencia (a pesar de que uno de sus empleados viene a revisar el apartamento antes de que salgas). Te cobran las habitaciones en funcion de los metros cuadrados a pesar de que las comodidades entre ellas son muy dispares (vale lo mismo una habitacion con cama de matrimonio que una con un sofa cama viejo y roto). No hemos tenido buena experiencia asi que no lo recomendamos.
