6.8 Alder travelled with couple January 2022 Booked on Esquiades.com The apartment is quite good to go for a weekend or a few days, 10 minutes from Formigal.

El apartamento está bastante bien para ir un fin de semana o unos dias, a 10 minutos de formigal.

The key collection system, that you have to go to the Búbal complex to get them and now for the covid issue, collect them in some boxes with a numerical password. The problem is that when we arrived and opened it, the keys to our apartment were not there (someone would have taken them) but it was quickly solved with another copy that they gave us. And another problem was with the fortfaits, which in theory we were told that we should pick them up at the box office and once on the slopes, the girl at the window told us that they were already distributed to the accommodation, therefore poor organization of the company at the time to explain the subject of the collection of fortfaits and I presume that they were in the box next to the missing key and that someone took them. Luckily they solved it very well at the box office, but it cannot be that the fortfaits have the accommodation and we are told that we must go to the box office to get them.

El sistema de recogida de llaves, que hay que ir al complejo de Búbal a por ellas y ahora por el tema del covid recogerlas en unos cajetines con contraseña numérica. El problema es que al llegar y abrirlo las llaves de nuestro apartamento no estaban (alguien las habría cogido) pero se solucionó rápido con otra copia que nos dieron. Y otro problema fue con los fortfaits, que en teoría se nos comunicó que debiamos recogerlos en taquilla y una vez en pistas, la chica de la ventanilla nos dijo que ya estaban repartidos al alojamiento, por lo tanto mala organización de la empresa a la hora de explicar el tema de la recogida de fortfaits y presumo que estaban en el cajetín junto a la llave desaparecida y que alguien se los llevó. Por suerte lo solucionaron muy bien en taquilla, pero no puede ser que los fortfaits los tenga el alojamiento y se nos comunique que debemos ir a taquillas a por ellos.
