About the accommodation

The Galeon Val Ecrin residences are located in a very quiet area of Les 2 Alpes. The "Pettite Aiguille" cable car is located nearby and offers direct access to the resort.

In addition, you can take the opportunity to go for a walk, very close (only 500 meters away) you will find a supermarket and some restaurants at about 600 meters.

The apartments have a kitchen equipped with hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and toaster.

They also have a living room with sofa and TV and a bathroom with bathtub or shower.

Please note that it is very important to let us know in advance if your arrival time at the accommodation will be outside the established schedule, so you should call the reception to indicate the approximate time of arrival and manage the delivery of keys.

El alojamiento era acogedor

A continuous disaster. They didn't ask us for the deposit at check-in and the next day they realized we said we would go and take it but we were going to go in the afternoon and they decided at noon to change the lock and leave us without food or money and with all our ski clothes in the street until 18:00h when they opened their office. They have very limited hours from 10:00h. to 114:00h. and from 18:00h to 20:00h. In addition, they took this accommodation because it had paid Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi did not exist, they first lied to us that there was none, then they would send a technician. Esquiades has not resolved anything for us either, very good words but when it comes down to it we have paid for our internet out of our pocket being another country, we have not had an apology from the accommodation which also when we were angry about the lock they made fun of me and I caught sticking out your tongue and laughing at me at the manager but there you continue working with them. All my previous good experiences with skis go to waste because when there is a real problem they don't solve it.

Un desastre continuo. No nos pidieron la fianza en el check ing y al día siguiente se dieron cuenta dijimos que iríamos a llevarla pero íbamos a ir a la tarde y decidieron al medio día cambiarnos la cerradura y dejarnos sin comida ni dinero y con toda la ropa de esquí en la calle hasta las 18:00 que abrían su oficina. Tienen horarios muy limitados de 10:00 a 12:00 y de 18:00 a 20:00 Además cogido este alojamiento porque tenía wifi de pago y el wifi no existía nos estuvieron mintiendo primero que no había luego que mandarían un técnico . Esquiades tampoco nos ha resuelto nada, muy buenas palabras pero a la hora de la verdad hemos pagado nuestro internet de nuestro bolsillo siendo otro país, no hemos tenido una disculpa el alojamiento los cuales también cuando fuimos enfadados por lo de la cerradura se burlaron y pillé sacándome la lengua y riéndose de mí a la encargada pero ahí seguís trabajando con ellos. Todas mis experiencias buenas anteriores con esquiades se van al traste porque cuando hay un problema de verdad no solucionan
