About the accommodation

The Residence Le Borsat IV 2* is located directly on the slopes, at the top of Val Claret (Tignes), and the first chairlift is just 50 meters from the residence.

 

Of traditional architecture, it has 62 studios and apartments, spread over 6 floors with elevator, all with kitchen equipped with; electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster. The bathroom has a shower or bathtub and separate toilet, except some studios which have the toilet in the same bathroom. Free wifi is only available at the reception.

 

The layout of the studios/apartments/rooms is as follows:

 

  • Studio for 4 people (23 m2): living/dining room with asingle sofa couch for 2 people, cabin with sliding door with a single sofa couch for 2 people.
  • Studio for 5 people (26 m2): living/dining room with 1 single bed and a single sofa couch for 2 people, cabin with sliding door with a single sofa couch for 2 people .
  • 1-bedroom apartment for 6 people (33 - 36 m2): living room with asingle sofa couch for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a cabin with a bunk bed (2 places).
